Heyyy girlfriend! We’re Linda + Elaina, co-founders of this crazyyy journey of empowering women called Her Boss Tribe!
Yep, that’s right we are a mother-daughter duo! Ahh Yes, we have our moments…but doesn’t every family member at times? 😉 We are two passionate business coaches, photographers, dreamers, travelers, shoppers, and lovers of coffee and chocolate. We feed off our strengths and that evens us out in the best way possible! We truly believe that we have been placed on this earth to help women gain the power to take control of their lives.

I didn’t always have the sales, the house, the clarity, the confidence…
In fact, just 6 years ago you could find me at our local restaurant on my feet all day serving double shifts pregnant with twins. It was hard and I didn’t know what was next for me. As a single mom at the time, I knew after my girls were born something had to change. I always knew I had the passion for uplifting women and photography. So I took matters into my own hands and went after what I wanted and created a successful boudoir studio that gave me the freedom and power to live the life I wanted.
My mother was by my side every step of the way. Now that we both owned a business, we both got to share our struggles, doubts, wins, strategies, and every type of emotional roller coaster that goes into owning a business. We become each other’s soundboard and support system in a new way that we both had been looking for. We found ourselves encouraging other business owners to push past all the self-doubt that creeps in all of us and go after what makes them truly happy.

After 15 years of running my boutique photography business, I moved into being the marketing strategist for our family’s web design and marketing agency and business coaching. I still love photography, but I’m loving changing lives through coaching and business strategy.
I am PASSIONATE about helping you with your mindset, clarity, and strategizing how to grow your businesses. I’m using everything I’ve learned to help you women make the small changes that will make the biggest changes in your business and your life!

I have 60 years of experience learning how to build a successful life. I love Jesus, my husband, Scott of 40 years, our 4 children, and our beautiful grandkids. I love business, traveling the world, singing, strong coffee, good wine, binging my favorite shows…and strategizing how to build an empire (both mine and yours)!

In this one-to-one-coaching experience, together, we’ll create a clear marketing plan that is totally customized to your needs and offered in 3-month segments!
- Weekly live Zoom 1-1 coaching calls
- Every session we’ll have short teachings and then apply it
- First, you will create your Signature Messaging that will become the cornerstone for all of your future marketing!
- Next, using your Signature Messaging, we’ll create your irresistible offer.
- Then we’ll be creating your custom Marketing Plan using social media, your website, and captivating emails.
- We go at your personal pace so, after the first 3 months, we evaluate how far you’ve come and if you want to continue for another 3 months.

As a marketing strategist and business success coach, my skillset is to be your second set of (professional) eyes and come alongside and find what isn’t working as well as it could and show you how to fix it. I’m part cheerleader, part teacher and I LOVE to do everything I can to help you succeed in your dream to make your business thrive!
