Tate and Linda were born in Ames and Scott in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and all of us went to Iowa State. We’re here to come alongside and help you wherever we can. We love strategizing on ways things can go smoother and give you real peace of mind. We’re here to build you up and cheer you on!

How I can support you: It is my deep passion to build awesome websites and marketing for small businesses that tell a story and solve their client’s problems.
Fun facts: I grew up in Europe, went to Iowa State University and recently moved back from living in Los Angeles for the last 9 years.
Favorite relaxation: I love following the latest trends in the tech world, keeping up with current events, and watching awesome TV.
Linda Rathje
Lead Designer, Writer & Coach
How I can support you: First, we strategize together on where you want to go with your life, business, website, and marketing. I’ll work with you to clarify your branding and defining your perfect customer. I’ll help write your copy so visitors love you and want to buy from you. Then I help design your website so it screams out to your perfect client, grabs them and they fall in love with you. That’s it. Drop the mike. 🙂
Fun facts: Award-winning professional photographer and world traveler
Favorite relaxation: HGTV, travel, movies, spy novels, cards and time with my family (especially our grandkids)!
Scott Rathje
Fearless Leader & SEO Specialist
How I can support you: What I’m most excited about is helping you take the next step to grow your business using an effective website to get there. Making you as an individual and your business successful – not just your website. My primary job is to set up each web page correctly so that search engines like Google can understand what your business is all about and pass this information on to your perfect clients.
Fun facts: Linda and I raised our family in post-Soviet Ukraine for 11 years as missionaries. Oh, by the way, my Russian isn’t too bad either.
Favorite relaxation: Enjoying God’s creation while bowhunting Iowa whitetails and fishing Canadian shield lakes in NW Ontario. I love that fresh air and beautiful scenery.
